SECTION I:

The Problem, Audience, Context, and Significance

Problem:

How might we encourage students to take action for their well-being?

In high-pressure situations, students often find it difficult to prioritize their well-being, neglecting to spend enough time and effort on self-care. Despite the available resources to support them, students typically need to take full advantage of these services. Several factors contribute to this issue:

  1. Students may need more motivation or pay more attention to the value of these resources, leading them to ignore the potential benefits.
  2. Navigating and accessing resources and services can be challenging and time-consuming, deterring students from seeking help.
  3. A positive and supportive community is necessary to encourage students to prioritize their well-being and utilize available resources.
