The Problem, Audience, Context, and Significance
How might we encourage students to take action for their well-being?
In high-pressure situations, students often find it difficult to prioritize their well-being, neglecting to spend enough time and effort on self-care. Despite the available resources to support them, students typically need to take full advantage of these services. Several factors contribute to this issue:
Current situation: Students are not taking action for their well-being and health daily
Students who are aware, but can’t use resources well, thus take little action to improve their well-being.
